Ham is a native of Wilmington and an expert on the meaning of growth and the quality of life in our area. As a fulltime real estate agent, he has been licensed since 1990 and has completed numerous professional courses. Ham served his community as an elected member of the Wilmington City Council for six years. Then he won the general election as Wilmington's Mayor. He chose not to run for re-election in order to spend more time with his family and to address the ever increasing demands of his real estate business. He is retired from both the General Electric Company and the U.S. Marine Corp Reserve. Specializing in both commercial and residential real estate, Ham fully understands zoning, traffic, growth, and quality of life issues affecting any purchase of real estate.
